Plaza at Preston Center

For almost 20 years, GFF has been engaged in on-going renovation work at the Plaza at Preston Center. GFF has created sign packages, bike rack feasibility studies and designed facade renovations as well as the architect for one of the signature restaurants in the center – Cafe R&D. Most recently, the firm designed a $1 million lighting package. The improvements continually focus on enhancing the shopper experience by creating a comfortable atmosphere in this 250,000 SF upscale “village” style shopping center. Currently GFF is completing construction administration on a five-story retail/office building with a 450 space underground garage for the Plaza.
